2023 Flower subscription sign-ups are now open!
Treat yourself or a loved one to a weekly bouquet from SweetRoot Farm with a flower subscription. By signing up now and paying in advance, you help get the season rolling. In exchange, flower subscribers get the best of the farm’s blooms each week in a mason-jar flower arrangement picked up at the farm or at market.
New this year: we are adding a 6 more weeks of bouquet pick-ups, but splitting the flower season into smaller sessions, to maximize your options and flexibility. Read the details below and sign up for spring, summer, fall, or all three!
SPRING: 4 weeks, starts early May, $100. Daffodils, tulips, and (hopefully) some early blooms of ranunculus, sweet peas, and other spring delicacies start off the season.
SUMMER: 10 weeks, mid-June through late August, $250. These weeks encompass all the colors, textures, shades, and smells. Experience the full range of the farm-flower season! We pack it in with these jars, from the sweet peas, larkspur, and calendula of June to the snapdragons, zinnias, cosmos, and sunflowers of August, with so much more in between.
FALL: 4 weeks, $100. These September weeks are often the completion of summer, and can be a riot of color and blooms. But in case early cold and freezes limit the late-season flower abundance, your fall subscriptions will reserve the best of the farm blooms. In case of extremely cold fall we’ll supplement with some dried flowers.
As you can see, our farm floral style runs towards the informal, casual, colorful and creative. We raid the herb garden for tarragon, mint and basil foliage, we can’t resist cosmos or zinnias or interesting grasses and seed pods. Each week we try to include a range of color themes so you can choose whether you are in a fiery red-and-orange mood or looking for a cool buttery-yellow and calming green tone. Most of all, we try to have fun with our flowers, and we hope that you will too.

Also, special thank-you offer: if you sign up by the end of February for any combination of seasons totally 8 weeks or more, you’ll be able to pick up one dried flower arrangement from the farmstore, as thanks!

We will happily take the wide-mouth mason jars back each week or as you remember them; returns to help keep the cost of membership down.
